We serve specialty coffee that’s air-roasted in Noosa and backed by HACCP certification, ensuring every cup meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and taste. First Batch Roasters are also deeply committed to sustainability, with solar-powered roasting, compostable packaging, reusable tins, and by donating spent coffee grounds, chaff, and hessian bags to local gardens. Whether you’re after a relaxed brunch, a wholesome lunch, or simply a great cup of coffee, we look forward to sharing our space with you.
